My roomie's story...

Before I start to tell you her story, there are 2 things you should know about her:
1. She doesn't have a roomie (She is not as lucky as I am)
2. She is the best person in the world.

The story begins....

There lives a fairy princess.. in either of the only two places she now belongs in the whole world - her two cubicles.
N so in our story, there are 2 cubicles.... There is also a 4-km distance between them.

Cubicle1: the heavenly place she was once very excited about... has 2 tables, a chair, a cupboard, a phone and a plug point. The lighting is dim and the temperature is artificially maintained. The ambience is cool :)
Cubicle2: the last thing she likes in this world ... but she somehow ended up living there. she also pays for it :(.. It has 2 beds, 2 mattresses, a cupboard and 2 plug points.. The temp gets automatically maintained due to lack of ventilation..
(Actually, Cubicle2 should have been different from cubicle1, for it is supposed to have a human being (a 'roomie') additionally.. But it is not).

The central character of our story, .. our heroine... gets up in the morning (not exactly) in cubicle2. And cubicle1 awaits her... She has a 'laptop' which she always carries, cursing its weight (and keeps wondering what to do wid it) ...n a bike which carries her (weight!!!). She travels the 4 km 'loong' journey on her bike.. Our loser thoroughly enjoys the ride.

At Cubicle1 she tries to 'work'. No more will be said abt this.
Work prolongs a day. For our princess, the day is short. She heads 'home'. She again gets very excited about her 4 km journey.. Pity her!
At cubicle2, she wonders if she has really 'worked' and decides to learn 'how to work'. She goes to sleep. The day ends for another morning to come.........

She has many frens.. They have cubicles too.. But our heroine has two when the others have only one!... aand its a 'CUBICLE'. She now authors 'A dummy's guide to cubicle life' for herself ..... She is eager to read it.. :O :!!!
